Lake Forest College Equestrian Team
Lake Forest College Equestrian Team caters to all students interested in horses and equestrian sports, regardless of experience. The team has 3 different membership levels that fit every schedule and level of interest.
Blackhawk College Equestrian Team
Students try out for the team during the fall semester. The team consists of riders of all different skill levels. There are six IHSA divisions from Beginner to Advanced and Open.

Broaden our knowledge of horses
Improve the abilities of the riders to prepare for the IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Associations). Although we do not show every term due to the level of interest the team expresses.

The NIU Equestrian Team (NIUET) is a co-ed organization dedicated to adding a unique and fun element of athletic diversity to the NIU community through equestrian sports. Members of the NIUET pride themselves in successful competition, teamwork, positive and sportsmanlike demeanor, and improvement of the community through service activities.
