The Wayne Eventing Derby features Thoroughbred Incentive Program awards at Beginner Novice, Novice and Training,   Ride A Test opportunity, and Derby Move Up Challenge.  The event is registered with USEA as an Eventing Test (USEA Membership not required) In Partnership with The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program. Volunteer hours earn IDCTA credit toward their year end awards.

Derby Within a Derby (DWD) is a separate entry run on one day, May 4, as a modified division of Starter.   

Levels offered: Starter & D.W.D.  ‐ 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Dressage Test A, 2’ jumps @250 mpm     Beginner Novice ‐ 2018 USEF Beginner Novice Dressage  Test A, 2’6” jumps @300 mpm       Novice ‐ 2018 USEF Novice Dressage Test A, 2”11” jums @300 mpm     Training ‐ 2018 USEF Training Dressage Test A. 3’3” jumps  @325 mpm       Training/Prelimnary – 2018 USEF Preliminary Dressage Test A, 3’7” jumps @350 mpm   The Derby is a three phase competition – two jumping rounds and a dressage test. Scores are cumulative.   The Dressage phase is ridden in a short arena. It may be read. The two jumping phases consist of some cross‐country‐type   jumps and some show jumps on a measured and timed track. All jumping tests will run in the Grand Prix Arena.
